After contacting the dealership to enquire about the vehicle, the service and professionalism shown by the branch sales person was excellent, his manner and knowledge was very reassuring and i would certainly recommend and use this branch again.
I have used Chapelhouse before but just moved into the Bolton area. When I saw the car online and made a general enquiry it was Stephen at Bolton who got in touch and arranged for the car to be delivered to Bolton for me to view. The moment I arrived Stephen greeted me and explained that the vehicle had arrived in the same condition as I was seeing it, he pointed out everything he had spotted on the vehicle what would need attention and assured me it would all be sorted out, he instantly gained my trust with his honesty and with that I bought the vehicle and also the service plan to go with it. Absolute pleasure dealing with Stephen and the Bolton branch.
